Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing a commission order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.1. Commission Acceptance:
I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I am not capable or unable to fulfill the specific requirements outlined by the customer. In such cases, I will inform the customer promptly and provide any applicable alternatives, if available.2. Pricing:
The prices for commissions are subject to change based on the complexity and specific details of the commission. I will provide a price estimate before initiating the commission, and the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to the customer prior to finalizing the commission agreement.3. Payment Terms:
Payment for the commission should be processed after I have provided a sketch of the requested artwork. The payment can be made partially or in full, depending on the agreement between the customer and myself. The payment details, including the amount and payment methods, will be communicated during the commission process.4. Non-Receipt of Payment:
If the payment has not been received within the agreed-upon timeframe, I reserve the right to discontinue the commission process until payment is made. Any delays caused by non-receipt of payment will affect the estimated completion time of the commission.5. Refunds:
I do not accept refunds for completed commissions. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the sketch provided, they have the option to cancel the commission order without any further obligation to make a payment. In such cases, the customer should inform me promptly of their decision.6. Confidentiality:
I will treat all information provided by the customer in relation to the commission as confidential. I will not share any personal or sensitive information with third parties without the customer's explicit consent, except where required by law.7. Amendments:
I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on the appropriate platform or website. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates.By placing a commission order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
